Mandy's story behind every design she paints is different, but it is a story that creates the design and gives it a meaning and structure of where the design came from for example Mandy's small watercolour sketch named 'Lavender Fields ' was painted on a sunny day amongst a field of lavender surrounded by bees with the warm sunshine and gentle breeze, swaying lavender, just near Chichester. A design with a gentle impact creating tranquility and this painting, inspired Mandy to develop her first fabric design 'Lavender Fields '

Bold , but delicate watercolour artwork inspired the design, Scrumptious in Teal, Pink, Purple and Lime. Mandys artwork,  painted with watercolour inks, adding bright colourful backgrounds to compliment her floral design and naming her design 'Scrumptious'.Mandy loved the way these designs add a pop of colour but can blend together so well, enabling you to mix designs together successfully

With encouragement, support from her husband and family, and her little dog by her side, Mandy has taken her artwork from paintings to the exciting world of textile design, a new journey begins ...
