About Artist Mandy McKenna

 Who is that girl ? 

TheWest Sussex Studio Mandy , a self-taught watercolour and, acrylic floral artist, followed her passion for floral art, which has evolved today,  into her full-time career

Mandy originally studied,  and qualified as a chef, transfered her decorate food skills, to expand her creative range of artwork and opened an art and pottery studio, with gallery originally in Surrey and relocated as Mandy McKenna Designs and Firing Earth Pottery and Art Studio to Mandy's West Sussex  home studio

Completing her college education, in East Sussex in creative cooking, decorating food for special occasions and beautiful wedding and novelty cakes. Mandy's career led to travelling and working abroad, where she worked in a variety of countries, using her culinary skills.

However, even while immersed in the world of food, always stayed close to her true passion, Art!  Mandy painted small sketches, capturing her travels, in watercolour, writing poetry, fairy stories and painting illustrations of many flowers, animals and fairies in her sketch books

Mandy is proud to say that today, supported by her patient husband, and 2  grown up children, has a unique brand of floral artwork, designed for a select product range. 

Original watercolour and acrylic artwork, selected, to have printed into high quality products, sourcing and working with, environmentally, friendly, UK makers and printers.
